      Description

Barnard 150 is one of the - in my opinion - most impressive dark nebulae the northern sky has to offer. The light of the stars is clearly shifted to reddish by the dust structures which are present everywhere. The dust at all: There is not one area in the whole image that shows a "clean" background.  For image processing this is of course a tremendous challenge, since even my Bortle 4 sky always introduces slight gradients into the stacked image. But the efforts were worth it (as I think): The dark nebula areas stand out clearly and still show great structures, just like the "brighter" dust in the background. Hope you enjoy!
